The Romantics of Betrayal : New Works by Eric Chan

A solo exhibition of Chan’s works, shaped by his interest in literary and mythical representations . Oriental empresses, English aristocrats and exotic insects emerge in these canvases. The works suggest the exquisite perversity of how our grand romances are constructed – within webs of seduction, intrigue and illusions. Project managed by Silver Rue.
